We are now accepting in-person appointments again!
We continue to take the same precautions as before, however we are now
open for face-to-face appointments once again.
With the season being extended far into the summer, we ask that all appointments for Mike call, to confirm times, before scheduling an appointment. Sue will remain available for normal business hours.
Thank you all for your understanding, and we can't wait to see you!
MasterTax Update March 23, 2020
Per the recent instructions from the Governor of Wisconsin, MasterTax will be suspending face-to-face appointments until such time that the Governor rescinds the orders limiting face-to-face contact.
However, we are able to continue our services for those returns that are:
Received via e-mail at: (pdf format only)
Received via FAX at: 414-529-5681
Mailed to MasterTax at: 6300 S. 116th Street Franklin WI 53132-1102
Dropped in the “MasterTax Drop Off” box at the front door
In this instance, please ring the door bell to let us know that you’ve dropped off
In any of the above options, it is IMPERITIVE that you provide:
Your mailing Address
Best contact Phone Number
Your e-mail address (if you have one)
All of your documents in an envelope or some form of bag to keep everything together
We ask for these pieces of information to allow us to contact you if additional information is required or to advise when your documents are completed and ready for pick-up.
Per guidelines, to minimize any close contact as much as possible, pick-up of completed information will be completed via a scheduled time by calling MasterTax (414-581-0090) when you arrive. We will then place the completed documents for you to sign, provide payment for services (check, cash, credit/debit) along with your originals in the drop box. You can also pre-pay via credit / debit card payments via the phone.
Deadline to file AND pay your 2019 Federal and State taxes have been extended to July 15th
This means that if you owe the IRS, you have until July 15 to get the payment to them without interest or penalties being applied. You will also have through July 15th to file your Federal AND state returns or file an extension.
